Gerald D. Meyer, 89 of Wayne, NE, passed away on Monday, December 1, 2025, at his home in Wayne, NE.  The visitation for Gerald will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Munderloh-Smith Funeral Home in Wakefield.  The funeral service will be on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Wakefield.  Burial with military honors will be in the Wakefield Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.  Arrangements are under the direction of Munderloh-Smith Funeral Home in Wakefield.
