Maxine E. Phillips, 92, wife of Oran B. Phillips, Jr., both formerly of Walthill, Nebraska, passed away peacefully at her home in Long Beach, California on April 11, 2009. Graveside services for Maxine will be held on Tuesday, April 28, at 2:00 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in Walthill, Nebraska.
