Oran Benjamin Philips, 99 of Long Beach, California, formerly of Walthill, Nebraska, passed away on Wednesday, May 16 at his home in California. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 31, at the Evergreen Cemetery in Walthill, Nebraska, with the Rev. Philip Hale officiating.
